What we did
Hilary worked on a 6-month part-time interim basis with a BAA team embarking on significant and highly-sensitive change - one of BAA's major change programmes.
This project was then followed by helping an IT team develop an internal communication strategy and stakeholder management plan to support the introduction of a new resource-management system at airports.
The most recent project was to work with an airport-based team helping them to plan communication and engagement of employees in a restructuring of several functions.
